NEW FEATURE: Admin Roles - Enhancing how clients manage administrators and their system access
As we continue to evolve our products and the functions available to administrators, the list of permissions continues to grow and can become difficult to manage. Due to the importance of system access, we have created Roles.
Roles will allow you to link multiple administrators to one role, helping you keep control of your administrators.
When this functionality is released shortly, you will have a variety of roles automatically created by the system which cater for the different permission levels you have set across your administrators.
Due to this, we recognise many clients may have some work to do here however it is for a good outcome!
We have created 3 default roles that we recommend you allocate each of your administrators to. You can then delete the roles that are no longer allocated to anyone.
Alternatively, you can create your own roles and allocate administrators to these roles.
We are confident this feature will help you clean up your administrator list and help manage and keep your system access under control.
