PRODUCT UPDATE: Trainee Requirements Page | |
The Course Matrix in Rapid Induct has been upgraded! Now called Trainee Requirements this feature is now packed with new functionality so you can customise the course, document and form requirements according to the different trainee groups and personnel types.

Do you have the need to assign multiple personnel types and multiple sites to a Trainee due to the type of work they do and the information required of them? | |
The ability to set a Secondary Site(s) and Secondary Personnel Type(s) for your Trainees is coming soon. Look out for this popular feature in your package in the next few weeks.

Once your system is live with Trainee Requirements, the Trainee will be issued with the course/document/form requirements for each site and personnel type selected when adding the Trainee. | |
Prior to using Trainee Requirements, you will simply be able to view the selections within the Trainee’s profile.

Our new Courses tab is ready to be taken out of Beta and officially launched! We now encourage you to create new courses and update existing courses using Courses (Beta). | |
From next month, the old ‘My Courses’ page will be retired and removed from Rapid Induct and we please ask that you familiarise yourself with the new page. | |
We look forward to further enhancing our new course creation tool now that we have officially launched this page.
