RAPID INDUCT

NEW FEATURE:  File Manager in Rapid Induct gets an upgrade

Rapid Induct’s File Manager is getting an upgrade! Not only will File Manager have a new look in the coming weeks, we have also added a couple new features that we think you will like.

1.  Updating documents will become a whole lot easier! Rather than uploading a new document, you will be able to edit the existing document in File Manager and choose the new file. If this document is linked to any of your courses, the document will be automatically updated there so you don’t need to copy across a new link!

 2.  Locations – this won’t be launched straight away however in the future it will allow you to associate documents with the site(s). You can therefore customise Contractor’s and Trainee’s Resource area to be personnel type and location specific.

If you’re new to File Manager and would like to learn more, contact our Client Services Team.  Email support at support@rapidglobal.com.

RAPID RISK

NEW FEATURE: Audit Control Measures

Rapid Risk now gives you the ability to audit control measures of risks! Audits can be done monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

An auditor can rate whether the existing control measures are Effective, Partially Effective or Not Effective.

An email report will be sent to the Risk Owner advising them that an audit has been completed and notifying them of any inconsistencies with the effectiveness of the control measures.
