PRODUCT UPDATE: New Trainee Portal

The Trainee Portal is getting a fresh new look! We started rolling it out last week. Watch this video to see how amazing it looks! You will be notified before the new portal is launched for your system.

• Trainees will still access the page by logging into their MyRapid account. Once they click on the relevant induction key, they will see the new page.  
• Trainees will have their own dashboard where they can easily see if they are inducted and compliant, with notifications listed next to items that need to be completed. From here, they can click into the relevant area to complete the required actions. 

NEW FEATURE: Administrator View Only Forms

Rapid administrators are now able to create forms that are only accessible to users with the relevant permission. Trainees won't be able to see these forms, so administrators can use the functionality to capture confidential information, like performance reviews.

Do you need your E-Form to be resubmitted by contractors every year, 2 years, 3 years? We now have a resubmission term available for E-Forms, as well as reminder emails to your contractors when their E-Form is nearing expiry. Learn More >>

RAPID PERMIT TO WORK

Introducing pre-approval of Work Orders prior to arrival

• Your contractors will now be able to submit Work Orders and associated permits prior to work commencing via their contractor portal
  
• You and your permit approvers will be notified to pre-approve the Work Order
  
• Your contractors will now experience a streamlined sign in process with the ability to select their pre-approved Work Orders, commencing the job faster!
  
• If a contractor hasn’t pre-submitted their Work Order you will still be able to review it when they arrive on site
  

We are introducing two new status circles to the Work Order Dashboard 

1. In Progress status: designed to differentiate which Work Orders have been approved and are being actioned in real time.
2. Closed status: designed to identify Work Orders that have been completed. System administrators will also be able to manually close completed Work Orders and re-open Work Orders that are incomplete.
