ENHANCEMENT: Scheduled Reports Beta is ready to be launched!
Over the next couple of weeks, the new reports area will be made available in your system and can be used to generate and schedule the following reports: - Trainee User Report
- Contractor Management Report
- Rapid Access Report
The above reports are our three core reports that we recommend each of your admins schedule to receive. There are some other reports in the list however we’re still working on these!
Administrators can choose how often they are received, on which day and at what time. Upon scheduling the report, admins will also be provided with a range of data filters in order to choose what information is included in the report.
We’ll keep you updated as we transition more reports to this new area.

RAPID CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT

ENHANCEMENT: Clients can now set a default Trainee Personnel Type for contractor companies This enhancement provides the flexibility to set what courses and documents are required from each of a company’s workers if they are different to the standard system requirements. For example, a contractor company can be set up with a personnel type of ‘Contractor’ and a Trainee Personnel Type of ‘Security’, so that all their workers will be required to upload their Security Licence.

ENHANCEMENT: SWMS Checklist Do you have an internal checklist that your administrators are required to follow when verifying Safe Work Method Statements? We have enhanced the system to include an online SWMS checklist, removing the need for separate documents. Our Client Services Team will help you create your checklist in the system first, and then simply click ‘Compare with Document Checklist’ to obtain the below view. | |

After the checklist has been completed, if components of the SWMS are missing and the document needs to be rejected, clicking the Reject button will automatically populate the reason based on the checklist answers. Pretty cool, right?

NEW FEATURE: Onsite Digital Label When a person signs in via the Rapid Access App, they will have access to an Onsite Electronic Label. They can use this as evidence to display to the site supervisor that they are currently signed in. Check out the final design below.
